What is the Purpose of St. Timothy's Anglican Church?

Our purpose is to be a loving, caring community worshipping Almighty God, sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ and reaching out to others in the power of the Holy Spirit.

Where is St. Timothy's located?

4125 Sheppard Ave. E.,
Toronto, Ontario

This is on the south side of Sheppard, just west of Midland Avenue. The church has a large parking lot and the TTC Sheppard bus runs regularly. Please call the church office at 416 293 5711 for more information.

Which community do we serve?

We welcome all people who seek to learn more about the Good News of Jesus Christ, both Christian and non-Christian.

We offer a variety of service formats to cater to our diverse community:

• Sunday "Quiet" Eucharist worship at 8am. This is a short service with communion but without music.
• Sunday "Sung with Cantor" Eucharist worship at 9:15am. This service follows a set format that is more friendly to newcomers to Christianity.
• Sunday "Sung with Choir" Eucharist worship at 11am. This service rotates through traditional Anglican services of the BCP Communion, BCP Mattins and BAS Communion.
• Monthly Saturday night praise and worship service at 7pm. This service emphasizes greater variety of music (e.g. popular, Vineyard, Hillsong), testifiers and healing.
• Wednesday Eucharist and Bible Study at 10am. This is a short communion service followed by a 1 hour bible study.

Parish Life: Fellowship groups, Internal Service groups, Bible Study, Youth Group

Life Events: Holy Sacraments of Baptism, Confirmation, Reception/Reaffirmation, Marriage, Burials. Support for Continual Learning.

Care Ministries: Outreach and FaithWorks (near and far), Agincourt Community Services Association, Grief Counselling, Pastoral/Home visitations
