Rev. Ron Scott

Rev. Ron Scott is a honourary assistant at St. Timothy's. He was appointed an Honorary Assistant in Sept. 2011, following his recent retirement after 36 years of full-time ordained ministry (almost entirely in the Diocese of Toronto). His most recent incumbency was at St Margaret In--The-Pines, during which time he also served as Regional Dean of Scarborough (2006-2010). At St Timothy's he hopes to assist in the areas of liturgy and pastoral care.Prior to ordained ministry, he majored in Classics (B.A., S.U.N.Y. at Albany; M.A. at Queen's; Ph.D. work up to thesis stage at McMaster). His interests include reading, travel and music. (He served as an Organist/Choirmaster in his much younger years!) Fr Ron is married to Jocelyn, and they have an adult son and daughter.
